Strapless Dresse Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and ship your orders quickly so you can enjoy your new items as soon as possible. Please review the following information regarding our shipping processes and policies.
Order Processing
All orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and observed holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information and a link to track your package.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options. The estimated delivery timeline for each option begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the shipping carrier and your location. You can view the available shipping methods and their associated costs at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the country. We do not ship to international destinations, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes at this time.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you are having trouble tracking your package, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a missing or stolen package, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
